I recently learned about a case where a man made a knowingly false call about bombing the Office of the President due to dissatisfaction with his dismissal from work. He was reported as suspected under Part 2 of Article 259 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. I am wondering if I could be held accountable if I accidentally made such a call as a joke or out of emotional distress?
