Is it possible to exchange a driver's license in Europe?

A Ukrainian driver's license can be exchanged for a new one in the following countries where there are "Dokument" offices: Poland: Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Krakow; Czech Republic: Prague; Slovakia: Bratislava; Germany: Berlin.

To exchange a driver's license, you must provide the following documents:

• Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card with an extract about the registration of the place of residence);

• Identification code;

• Driver's license subject to exchange;

• Document confirming the change of surname or name (in case of such a change);
