International military cooperation

If I receive a summons to the military registration and enlistment office, do I have the right to refuse service because I have already completed training in the UK under the Interflex program?

The fact of undergoing training in the UK is not a reason for refusing to serve.

The received summons is mandatory for execution.

If you are summoned, you must appear at the CCC.

Exceptions to refusal are determined by law (health condition, family circumstances, booking from a company, etc.). Interflex training is not included in the list of such grounds.
