What documents are needed for a 21-year-old son to travel abroad with his mother, who has a disability group II? Is such a trip allowed now?
To cross the border, you need to collect the following package of documents:
Military registration document with a VIN code affixed;
Certificate of deferment (valid if you have a military ID card) with a note on the reason for the deferment;
International passport;
Confirmation of family ties and cohabitation (extract from the demographic register of registration at the same address, birth certificate, marriage certificate);
Certificate from the medical and social expert commission (MSEC) on the presence of disability of group I or II;
Pension certificate;
Certificate from the medical advisory committee on the need for constant external care;
Act establishing permanent external care/act of Appendix 8.
