What documents are needed for a 21-year-old son to travel abroad with his mother, who has a disability group II? Is such a trip allowed now?

To cross the border, you need to collect the following package of documents:

  1. Military registration document with a VIN code affixed;

  2. Certificate of deferment (valid if you have a military ID card) with a note on the reason for the deferment;

  3. International passport;

  4. Confirmation of family ties and cohabitation (extract from the demographic register of registration at the same address, birth certificate, marriage certificate);

  5. Certificate from the medical and social expert commission (MSEC) on the presence of disability of group I or II;

  6. Pension certificate;

  7. Certificate from the medical advisory committee on the need for constant external care;

  8. Act establishing permanent external care/act of Appendix 8.
