In order to receive a document certifying registration in the State Register of Taxpayers (taxpayer card), citizens of Ukraine submit documents to the supervisory authority at their tax address (place of residence) or to any supervisory authority.
The applicant can apply for the service in person or through a legal representative, by sending documents by mail (registered mail) or by filling out an application for the service online at https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua/login.
