Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or forwarding of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the purpose of sale.
Part 2. The same actions, committed by a prior conspiracy by a group of persons or within a year after the conviction under this article or if the subject of such actions were narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues in large quantities, -
shall be punished by a fine from two thousand to five thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or imprisonment for a term of up to three years.
