What documents are required for a subsidy?

An application and a declaration (according to established forms) are submitted for the assignment of a housing subsidy.

Depending on the circumstances, other documents may be provided (if available):

• housing rental agreement - if the applicant lives in a rental housing;

• a copy of the debt restructuring agreement - provided there is debt and the agreement is concluded.

If necessary, citizens can provide other documents that are important for consideration of the issue on the merits, for example: a document confirming the fact that a person does not live at the registered/declared place of residence, in particular, certificates, statements about residence without a residence permit, including a certificate internally displaced person.

A person applying for a subsidy shall present his/her passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a temporary certificate of a citizen of Ukraine (for foreigners and stateless persons – a foreigner's passport document or a document certifying a stateless person or a corresponding card).
