What is the Executive Service and what is its function?

Good day.

The executive service is the state authorities and private executors whose task is to enforce decisions.

That is, if you won in court and a certain amount of money should be collected in your favor by this court decision, then this decision will be carried out by the executive service.

In addition to court decisions, the executive service ensures the execution of:

• court orders;

• decrees, court rulings;

• executive inscriptions of notaries;

• certificates of commissions on labor disputes;

• decisions of the European Court of Human Rights;

• decisions (resolutions) of subjects of state financial monitoring;

• decisions of other state bodies and decisions of the National Bank of Ukraine, which are recognized by law as executive documents.
