Are there benefits for the payment of utility services for children of war?

The payment of utility services by persons with the status of "children of war" is carried out with a 25 percent discount, but there are some restrictions on the provision of such a benefit. Benefits for children of war are provided for the payment of all communal services except for the service of managing an apartment building.

The discount is calculated only for one person - a child of war - without taking into account other persons (family members) living together with the beneficiary.
