2. Choose a reason for receiving assistance.

3. Enter the details of the child for whom you wish to receive assistance.

4. Choose the method of receiving assistance.

5. Fill in the data about family members.

6. Enter data on income and property owned by you and your family members.

7. Upload a scanned copy of the child's medical certificate, if any.

8. Check the formed application and declaration, sign with an electronic signature or Action. Sign it and send it to the social protection body for consideration.

9. The application review status will be displayed in your personal account on the Diya portal.

10. You will receive a notification about the consideration of your application also by e-mail.
