How can IDPs change their place of actual residence?

How to change the IDP registration address in Diya:

1. Click on your IDP help menu in the application.

2. Select "Change address of actual residence".

3. Review the description of the service and click "Start".

4. Enter the address of your current location.

5. Confirm your location using geolocation (this is a one-time confirmation).

6. Send the application for consideration.

7. Your application will be processed within 15 minutes.

8. You will receive a notification about its processing. After that, the data will change in your help in Action.

Importantly! IDPs who have an IDP certificate in Diya can change the place of IDP registration. To do this, it is necessary to be physically present at the place of new registration to confirm geolocation.
