The amount of care compensation for natural persons who provide social care services without entrepreneurial activity on a non-professional basis, regardless of the number of people for whom care is provided, is calculated as the difference between the subsistence minimum per person per month, established by law for 1 January of the calendar year in which social services are provided and the average monthly total income of an individual who provides social services for one quarter preceding the month preceding the month of application for consent to provide social care services on a non-professional basis.
