How to break a marriage quickly?

In Ukraine, to date, there are two possible options for divorce - to file an application and resolve the issue through the RAC and through the court. Indeed, it is possible to help spouses to divorce each other sooner than the established deadline (that is, earlier than a month after submitting the application) through the court. The term of the divorce procedure cannot be completely "bypassed" or "removed", it can only be shortened (made faster than a month) through the court. In addition to a joint application, one of the spouses can also file a divorce action with the court.
