People's deputies of local councils should mobilize or not?

During martial law, all citizens of Ukraine are subject to mobilization. But local authorities can submit armory lists for certain employees. During mobilization, conscripted, people's deputies of the Verkhovna Rada are not subject to conscription for military service, even without reservation.
