For example, a man does not show up for a summons earlier, then the Military Commissariat submits a special report to the National Police. On the basis of this, the police can detain and deliver a person to the Military Commissariat for drafting a resolution.

"Packing" a person after serving a summons even in a police car or bus is illegal. No one has the right to accompany a citizen to the Military Commissariat by force or in any other way. A person has to get there himself. If a person is detained and taken to the Military Commissariat, it is necessary to call the police and report such actions - that they were twisted, tied and brought to the TCC.
