The unified judicial information and telecommunication system (EUITS) is a set of information and telecommunication subsystems (modules) that ensure the automation of the processes of activity of courts, bodies and institutions in the justice system defined by legislation and Regulations, including:

  • document flow,

  • automated distribution of cases,

  • exchange of documents between the court and the participants in the legal process,

  • recording of the legal process and the participation of the legal process participants in the court session in video conference mode,

  • preparation of operational and analytical reporting,

  • provision of informational assistance to judges, as well as automation of processes that provide financial, property, organizational, personnel, information and telecommunication and other needs of EUITS users.

ECITS modules:

  1. Official web portal "Judiciary of Ukraine";

  2. Unified state register of court decisions;

  3. "Electronic cabinet" subsystem;

  4. A single subsystem for managing financial and economic processes;

  5. The single contact center of the judiciary of Ukraine;

  6. "Automated distribution" module;

  7. "Electronic court" subsystem;

  8. "Court statistics" module;

  9. Video conferencing subsystem.
