What is the law on the circulation of medical cannabis?

The law provides that each plant, batch of processing products, unit of prepackaged products, packaging of a medicinal product based on cannabis will be marked with a unique electronic identifier. The data will be entered into a specially created unified electronic accounting system.

Dispensing medicinal products based on medical cannabis will be possible only with a doctor's electronic prescription in accordance with medical indications.

The use of plants of the hemp genus (Cannabis) in other than medical and industrial purposes, scientific and scientific and technical activities remains prohibited.
