In order to conduct a search in the court premises, the investigator, the prosecutor must provide the corresponding decision of the investigating judge for the search. The victim, suspect, defense attorney, representative and other participants in criminal proceedings may be invited to participate in the search. Before the search of the premises of the judge, or the head of the office, if it is another premises of the court, or in her absence - to another person present, the decision must be presented and a copy of it provided.
