How can a minor protect his rights?

A child has the right to apply for protection of his rights and interests directly to the court if he has reached the age of fourteen (Articles 142-155 of the Family Code of Ukraine). One of the rights of the child, guaranteed by the legislative acts of our country, is the opportunity to apply for the protection of their rights and interests to the body of guardianship and guardianship, other state authorities, local self-government bodies and public organizations.
