What is the 'reform matrix'?

During the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Interdepartmental Donor Coordination Platform of Ukraine, Minister of Finance Serhiy Marchenko presented the Reform Matrix as of February 14, 2024, which was prepared by the Government of Ukraine in cooperation with the World Bank.

The Reform Matrix contains an overview of the conditions and recommendations of Ukraine's international partners in key sectors and will serve as an analytical tool for effective implementation and monitoring of the implementation of all planned measures.

"The matrix includes about 230 conditions and recommendations for Ukraine, which were identified in cooperation with international partners. More than half are unique, while 45% are duplicated in one form or another."
