On January 10, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 10337 "On Virtuous Lobbying" in the first reading. On February 19, the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Legal Policy recommended the adoption of the draft law in the second reading. The purpose of the draft law is to create a transparent lobbying market. Business associations currently do not have a standardized mechanism for lobbying their interests.
