In order to terminate the right of ownership of a destroyed home, without which it is impossible to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for a new home, an extract from the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property (RPZM) is now sufficient. It can be obtained from a notary public, the state registrar at TsNAP, as well as from the city council of the community where the destroyed property is located.
