What is KUpAP?

The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses is a codified normative act that regulates public relations on bringing to administrative responsibility.

According to Article 1, the task of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses is to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, property, the constitutional system of Ukraine, the rights and interests of enterprises, institutions and organizations, the established legal order, strengthening the rule of law, preventing offenses, educating citizens in the spirit of compliance with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, respect for the rights, honor, dignity of other citizens, rules of coexistence, fulfillment of one's duties, responsibility to society.
