Delegation of authority

Delegated powers are the powers of executive authorities granted to local self-government bodies by law, as well as the powers of local self-government bodies that are transferred to the relevant local state administrations by decision of district and regional councils.

Delegation within companies may differ depending on the scope of their activity and the complexity of tasks, but, as a rule, this process always includes the following stages:

• transfer of the order to the executor or contractor;

• providing the executor with resources and determining the limits of his authority;

• informing the employee of his duties, deadlines and expected work results.
