When does violation of military accounting rules become a crime?

When it comes to evasion of a conscript from military registration. At the same time, a mandatory sign of the composition of such a criminal offense is that the conscript receives a warning about the onset of such responsibility from the head of the TCC and SP.

As a rule, the majority of summonses to the TCC and SP already contain such a written warning about the possibility of criminal prosecution under Art. 336, 337 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for relevant violations. Therefore, from the moment of signing the specified summons with a warning, the condition of bringing a person to criminal responsibility under Art. 337 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is considered to be complied with by employees of TCC and JV.
