Who pays for the examination in court?

The payment of the examination in a civil case is carried out at the expense of the party that filed the relevant petition. If the examination is ordered at the request of both parties or at the initiative of the court, the funds for its payment are contributed equally by both parties (Article 73 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
