Yes, maybe. Since August 7, 2022, IDPs who have lost their passports have had the opportunity to register as IDPs. The basis for this is the certificate of the State Migration Service of Ukraine on the submission of documents for the issuance of a new passport of a citizen of Ukraine. Such a certificate will be issued by centers for the provision of administrative services, territorial bodies or territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, state enterprises belonging to the sphere of administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
To process payments, you can also use documents from the "Action" application, in particular eDocument (if available).
