What will happen if you do not appear on the summons during the war?

According to Art. 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine, for non-appearance upon summons to the TCC to determine the appointment in wartime, administrative liability is established in the form of a fine of UAH 3,400-5,100 with subsequent delivery of the person to the TCC.

According to Art. 337 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, if the conscript was informed about the need to appear at the TCC during a telephone conversation, provided that there is evidence of the summons issued in the proper procedural order, the person may be held criminally liable in the form of a fine of UAH 5,100-8,500 or corrective work on term up to one year.
