Will IDP payments be canceled from January 1, 2024?

All IDPs who received assistance in 2023 will continue to receive it in 2024. The assistance will be extended automatically for 6 months, i.e. from August 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024.

Assistance is automatically extended for those Ukrainians whose financial condition requires additional support, and is canceled for persons whose material condition allows them to make substantial expenses without state assistance.

Also, cash payments will not be extended to persons who:

• stay abroad for more than 30 calendar days in a row without justified and documented reasons.

• are in prison or have been convicted of collaborationism.

• are IDPs who have returned to their abandoned place of residence.
