Yes, it has. Additional leave for employees who have children is granted to one of the parents (mother or father). A father, on the same level as a mother, has the right to additional leave as an employee who has a child with a disability, but on the condition that the mother did not take such leave in the relevant year. However, if the father is deprived of parental rights, he is not entitled to such leave.
