According to the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens and the Legal Regime in the Temporarily Occupied Territory of Ukraine", economic activity is allowed only after changing the tax address. This can be done online through the Diya portal. The service is called "Amendment to FOP".
