If records of seniority in the employment book need to be confirmed, clarified or restored, the following documents will be required:

  1. data available in the Register;

  2. statements or certificates compiled on the basis of data available in the information and automated systems of enterprises;

  3. certificates or extracts from appointment orders;

  4. personal accounts and information on the issuance of wages;

  5. certificates, characteristics;

  6. written employment contracts and agreements with marks on their execution;

  7. trade union membership cards;

  8. testimony of at least two witnesses who have proof of employment at the relevant enterprise;

  9. documents on the payment of insurance premiums (for persons engaged in agriculture, entrepreneurial or creative activities);

  10. military tickets and certificates from relevant bodies of service.
