Is it possible to enter a university if there is no residence permit?

No, having a residence permit is mandatory.

To apply to universities, you need to create an electronic account. Upload the following documents to it:

• document about education (certificate, certificate);

• number, PIN-code of the certificate of foreign language training (NMT);

• ID series and number (passport, TIN code);

• documents that give the right to admission under special conditions, if available.

Documents to be submitted for admission to the university:
