You can contact the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a representative of your husband. For this, you need to submit a request and get a certificate of no criminal record. This can be done regardless of the place of registration at the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is conveniently located. (The main and regional service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs do not provide this service).

In case of ordering a certificate at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Representative needs the following documents:

• a document certifying the identity of the Representative;

• the original and a copy of the document authorizing the Representative;

• application and a copy of the document certifying the person in respect of whom the Certificate is ordered.

The certificate is issued as of the date of the verification of the individual, free of charge.
