Is it possible to take a leave of absence for three months now?

According to the new norm, leave without salary is granted:

• with a duration of no more than 90 calendar days during the period of martial law (the Law "On the Organization of Labor Relations in the Conditions of Martial Law" did not limit the employee's ability to exercise his right to this vacation several times, however, the total duration of vacations (parts) that the employee can request to provide according to this norm cannot exceed 90 days during the martial law);

• exclusively for employees who have left the territory of Ukraine or acquired the status of an IDP, which is confirmed by a certificate;

• in a mandatory manner at the employee's request;

The employer cannot deny the employee this leave.
