What housing can be bought under the 'EOsel' program?

The area of the apartment should be no more than 52.5 m² per person and +21 m² for each family member. There are also restrictions on the cost of a square meter and the maximum loan amount.

For a person without a family in different cities, the loan and the square footage of housing will be different:

• for Kyiv, the cost of a square meter will be no more than UAH 46.7 thousand, and the maximum loan amount is up to UAH 2.45 million;

• for Lviv, the maximum cost per meter is UAH 39.8 thousand, and the loan amount is UAH 2.09 million;

• for Odesa — 38.3 thousand UAH and 2.01 million UAH.
