For official employment, you need to draw up an employment contract with the employer.
It should be taken into account that if there are minors among the student workers, then in accordance with the legislation, special requirements for employment and performance of labor duties are provided. Minors, i.e. persons under the age of eighteen, are equal in rights to adults in labor relations, and in the field of labor protection, working hours, vacations and some other working conditions, they enjoy the benefits established by the legislation of Ukraine.
When concluding an employment contract with a minor, compliance with the written form of the employment contract is mandatory.
The legal basis for contacting the police to search for the offender is the commission by a military conscript of an offense provided for in Articles 210 or 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, i.e. violation by conscripts, military conscripts, reservists of the rules of military registration or legislation on defense, mobilization training and mobilization.

To cross the border, you need to collect the following package of documents:
Military registration document with a VIN code affixed;
Certificate of deferment (valid if you have a military ID card) with a note on the reason for the deferment;
International passport;
Confirmation of family ties and cohabitation (extract from the demographic register of registration at the same address, birth certificate, marriage certificate);
Certificate from the medical and social expert commission (MSEC) on the presence of disability of group I or II;
Pension certificate;
Certificate from the medical advisory committee on the need for constant external care;
Act establishing permanent external care/act of Appendix 8.
Currently, the state does not provide any compensation for cars damaged as a result of military operations. There is compensation only for housing, and there is no compensation for cars. The only way to protect yourself a little is to conclude a contract with an insurance company in advance.
Individuals who wish to sell or buy a car do not need to provide certificates or any other documents from the CCC. They can carry out any operations with their own vehicles and service centers cannot require such documents from them.
You should contact the individual entrepreneur in writing with a request to return the funds (send by registered letter with a description of the deposit by the postal operator). If you do not receive the funds within 7 days of receiving the request, the individual entrepreneur can apply for consumer protection with a statement of claim to the court or the consumer protection commission.

The procedure for assigning and paying state social assistance to orphans and children deprived of parental care, persons from among them, including those with disabilities, and financial support to foster parents and adoptive parents for the provision of social services in family-type orphanages and foster families on the principle of “money follows the child”, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 552 of June 26, 2019.
The grounds for terminating the payment of state social assistance and cash benefits are:
the child reaches the age of 18, and in the case of studying at a general secondary education institution, full-time study at a vocational (vocational-technical), professional pre-higher and higher education institution - 23 years of age or graduation from the relevant educational institution;
acquisition or granting of full civil capacity to the child (marriage registration, employment under an employment contract, registration as the child's mother or father, conducting entrepreneurial activities);
placement of a child in an educational institution with full state support.
From May 18, 2024, consular services will be provided to men aged 18-60 who are staying/living abroad only if they have military registration documents. Therefore, in order to receive the selected consular service, such applicants must, in addition to the required package of documents, submit their military registration document in paper (VOD) or electronic form (e-VOD).
If a driver's license is lost abroad, a new one is issued on a general basis at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

To order a service online, you need to log in to the Driver's Office, fill in all the required fields, pay for the service and choose a convenient method of receipt:

at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Service provision period: 10 business days to process the application and up to 5 days for logistics services.
Method of obtaining and cost of the finished document:
with delivery to a branch of JSC "Ukrposhta" or by courier delivery - approximately 608 UAH for the form and service and 294 UAH for logistics costs;
at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - approximately 608 UAH.
