In our wartime, is there a punishment under the laws of Ukraine if a person is on the territory of Ukraine and is engaged in attempts to hack, duddos or otherwise cause harm to sites from the Russian Federation? If not, where in the law can this be seen? If so, have you ever had experiences where you were punished for this? I know there are many “people’s cyber armies” that do this, but I don’t know how it is regulated by law
