Payment of rewards to corruption whistleblowers

I have read that the Rada wants to change the procedure for paying rewards to those who report corruption offenses. If I report a case of corruption, are there any guarantees that I will actually receive the promised funds, and how will the reward payment process itself now proceed according to the new draft law?
