Financing schools with small numbers of students
If there is a school with fewer than 45 students in our community, will we be able to keep it if we finance it from the local budget?

If the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine introduces new rules for schools, for example, that an institution must have at least 600 students, are parents obliged to comply with these requirements when choosing a school for their child?
I work as a kindergarten teacher. I recently read that the Education Ombudsman supported the idea of additional payments for teachers, but noted that local governments can, but are not required to, establish such additional payments. Does this mean that they have some freedom of action in this matter, or is there any legislative obligation to establish such additional payments?
