I bought a dress in an online store, the parcel was lost at the post office for a month

and when it has already been found and arrived, it is no longer needed. I wanted to return the product, but the seller says that more than 2 weeks have already passed and I have no right to a return or exchange. Is the seller's refusal legal? How to proceed?
