I read that courts in Ukraine are starting to award compensation for moral damages due to the loss of a habitual way of life and suffering from the war. But even if a court makes a decision on compensation, how can one actually receive this money if the aggressor state does not recognize the decision of the Ukrainian court and pays nothing? Do I have a chance to actually receive such funds, or will it remain only on paper?
If the court ordered the defendant to submit a report on the execution of the court decision, but the defendant failed to do so, does the court have the right to impose a fine on the defendant's manager - a subject of public authority - immediately, or is it necessary to first consider the issue of changing the method and procedure for executing the court decision?
