The son recently received a passport, but there is no information about registration (the city of Golubivka, Luhansk region - under occupation since 2014). They cannot provide such information in the State Internal Revenue Service. It is also impossible to get through ACTION. Please let me know if it is possible in this case to get a certificate about the place of registration of the son based on the information about the place of registration of the mother?
