Disconnection of video conferences in courts: my rights
I was supposed to participate in a court hearing remotely via video conference, but today I found out that the VKS subsystem will not be working until the end of the day due to technical maintenance. What should I do in this situation and will this be a basis for negative consequences for me in the case? Should the court postpone the hearing or provide me with another way to participate if it is technically impossible to connect?
