Why was the candidate not admitted to the position of a judge?
I'm reading about this competition for the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal and I can't understand: if a judicial candidate scored over 640 points, but was still not admitted to the position, what criteria are decisive? Can such additional checks or assessments of integrity and professional ethics, without clear explanations, be grounds for refusal, even if the person performed well in the interview and has a high score? I am concerned about how transparent this process is and whether candidates have the opportunity to appeal such a decision.
