Is it possible to report a person to the police (and get something) for verbal threats (with video evidence where the person was notified of the filming)? Threats vary, from "Don't come here anymore" to "Do you want to fuck me?" to "If I see you here 'doing legal things' again, I/we'll give you / you'll fly / I'll overeat you, got it?"
