Inviolability of Ukraine's territory and sovereignty

I read that Ukraine's representative to the UN emphasized: our country does not trade in territory or sovereignty, and there is no point in even hoping for that – this is a matter of principle. I am interested in whether any international negotiations or agreements could lead to a part of Ukraine's territory being officially recognized as non-Ukrainian? And if so, do I, as a citizen, have the right to do anything in such a situation, for example, appeal to a court or the authorities?

Alternative service during mobilization

I read that a man did not appear at the military commissariat due to his religious beliefs, wanting to undergo alternative (non-military) service, but the court did not allow it and even convicted him. It is not entirely clear to me: is it really impossible now in Ukraine to replace military service during mobilization with alternative service if it contradicts my religious views? Is there any legal way to exercise the right to alternative service in this case?

Dismissal without sick leave: Is there a chance to appeal?

If I got sick and couldn't come to work, but didn't have an official sick leave certificate, and just informed my supervisor about my condition, can I be dismissed for absenteeism? Are there any exceptions or other ways to confirm a valid reason for absence if it was impossible to obtain sick leave? I am concerned about whether such a dismissal can be appealed in any way or if my position can be saved if there is evidence, but it is not in the form of an official document.

What to do if there's a date of birth error in documents?

Let's imagine I lost my passport, and while trying to restore it, it turned out that there's an error in my birth certificate regarding the year of birth (for example, 1952 instead of 1962). If the migration service cannot establish my identity due to such a discrepancy, but I have documents confirming who I am (old certificate, identification code, marriage documents, etc.), is it mandatory to obtain an official decision from the SMS stating the impossibility of identifying me before going to court? Or can I apply to court immediately with other supporting documents?
