Good day! On July 17, 2023, I received a notice in the mail about being fired from work from September 1, 2023. The question is whether my dismissal under paragraph 6 of Art. 36 Labor Code, as indicated in the warning, due to the lack of an academic load for me, if I am a full-time employee of a university, but now I am at the border in a status under temporary protection, I was not going to quit. Since February, I have been suspended from work due to my absence from work until the end of martial law in Ukraine. What are my possible actions in this situation, if I am against dismissal?
