Fairness and transparency of the HACC judges competition
I am closely following the news about the competition for the High Anti-Corruption Court, and I see that the selection procedure takes a long time and has several stages involving international experts. But I'm still curious - can I, as an ordinary person, somehow monitor how fair and transparent this final selection of judges is? Do I have access to information about the progress of meetings, the results of special background checks on candidates, or at least the final ranking of finalists to ensure the fairness of the process?
