If I, as an employee, violated the treatment regimen while receiving sick leave, can I appeal the insurer's decision to terminate the payment of temporary disability benefits?

If my husband was mobilized and fell ill while serving, am I entitled to temporary disability benefits? And if so, who should pay for it?
